Cut
B&F DESIGNS has a cutting area, specialized in supplying its production plant, its function is basically cutting and separating parts to have a production in less time,organized and with a high quality. We have the ability to generate a fabric optimization, recognition and business prestige.
Fused
B&F DESIGNS has the textile fusion machine, oriented to the industrial production of necks for the manufacture of shirts, blouses among other garments, it allows them to have an excellent finish and presentation.
Buttonhole
B&F DESIGNS has the latest technology to make buttonholes. Its operation is equipped to sew the buttonholes of the garment that are developed in different types of stitches (ZIGZAG or STRAIGHT) depending on the material type, size of the button and garment that is made. The machine manages a stitch speed at 3000 stitches per minute situation that allows it to be an ideal tool for the agility of processes.
Fastener
Is a specialized machine in the reinforcement of the seams of the loops of the different types of garments (trousers, skirts, overalls etc.). It is worked by means o dimensions that are established by the length of the clip and type of materials of the garment.
